My S4 won't turn on after previously turning it off. How can I fix my S4?

Hello I have had my S4 for a few months with no issues and today I turned my phone off while I was at work and 3 hours later I tried to turn it on and it wouldn't. Battery was around 80% when turned off. It won't charge by power point or computer and won't let me reset it and when connected to the computer it doesn't get read by the system to exchange files. What can I do?
