Go into the recovery mode again.

How do I get my contacts and photos back while dropping my phone on the ground?

I dropped my Samsung and I picked it up and it was "updating". Then after it was done. I've lost all my contacts and all of my photos. I don't know what to do. Dropping a phone on the ground shouldn't have deleted anything off my phone. I have tried: I've tried restarting the phone. I went under setting, towards the backup data. I clicked on Google, account and say all sync data and reset them all. I think it was caused by: What I really feel that happened is that I dropped the phone and maybe it clicked on reset and deleted all data. I'm hoping that didn't happen. I've lost everything.
