The strength of your Samsung Galaxy Note2's WiFi hotspot is totally dependent on how good your cell phone tower signal is. If you're in an area with bad cell tower reception, your WiFi hotspot will be slow and very weak. However, if you're in an area with good cell reception, your WiFi hotspot will be relatively faster. The speed and strength of your hotspot also depends upon what type of signal you're pulling from the cell tower. Anything lower than 3G -- like EDGE or GPRS -- will result in a very slow and very weak WiFi hotspot. To increase your hotspot signal strength and speed, you will need to get your phone into an area with better reception. You also said that you have connected many of your devices. The more devices you have connected to your Samsung Galaxy Note2's WiFi hotspot, the more data you will use and the less each device has dedicated to it. To get as fast a connection as you possibly can for the device you're currently using, disconnect every other device so you give the entire connection to that one device.
