Turn off the phone. Remove the battery, SIM card, and SD card. Wait for about 5 minutes. Put the phone back together and reboot the device. If the headset symbol is still there, you can hard reset the device. This YouTube Tutorial shows you how to hard reset your device.

You will turn off the tablet and hold down the Volume Up, Volume Down and the Power buttons. Then once you find the eMMC you will want to hit the Power button to confirm. Watch one of the videos above or consult the Google doc posted in the answers for which characters to choose for the confirmation to hard reset the tablet.

You need to change the system language back to English. Change Your Android System Language is a VisiHow article with the video that shows you how to change the language. You should have the English version in your Language settings. If you do not, then go to Sammobile, find your device in the list of ROM and pick the US region.

Unfortunately, you have a possible Partition issue or a corrupted SD card. See if you can use the method posted in this Youtube Tutorial. If this does not work then I recommend using a cellphone repair shop.

Hello, are you here? I see an Android man who is lying down?

I need help with me Chinese tab. I can not turn it on

The Android Man laying down is a sign that you are in the Recovery Menu. Sometimes you have to tap an additional button such as one of the Volume or Power buttons. You should also see if you can use the Volume Down button to scroll down.
