My Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S5360 will not open. It only shows the logo screen?
When I try to open my phone it only shows the logo screen. I already reset my phone and it didn't work.
Performing a Factory Reset on your Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S5360 will take care of any software issues that your phone is suffering from. However, it will not fix any potential hardware issues that your phone is suffering from. If after a proper Factory Reset your Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S5360 still doesn't boot into Android and instead loops from on to off and never gets past the Samsung logo screen, you will need to contact Samsung's customer service line to schedule a repair for your device. Troubleshoot the problem with the customer service representative so you can get your phone sent out for service as quickly as possible. If you aren't under warranty, you may need to pay for the repairs; be sure to ask for a quote before you send your device so you can decide if paying the repair fee is worth it, or if you would rather use that money on a new phone.
