I want to use fingerprint with VPN?
I can't use fingerprint scanner with VPN
The thing is that the fingerprint lock is rated as medium security level, and VPN requires a high security level. You may want to use PIN or password instead.
If you really wish to have both fingerprint and VPN features, delete all of the manual VPNs. Reboot your phone and delete the remaining VPNs, if there are any. This will enable the fingerprint option. Then, after removing all VPN connections, download and set up OpenVPN, OpenVPN Connect or StrongVPN.
For example, to set up OpenVPN, you may need to download "OVPN" configuration files (you can get them from https://nordvpn.com/ or http://www.vpnbook.com/, for example) and put them onto the SD card of your phone. Launch OpenVPN. Press the menu button and select "Import". Tap on "Import profile from SD card". Tap the configuration files one by one and "Accept". Then, you can choose servers in the drop-down menu and enter your credentials (obtained after registering on the web site where you get the OVPN files). Tap on "Connect" and "Continue".
