My device is locked and no internet connection is enabled?

Without an established internet connection on your Android device, you won't be able to use the Google account information recovery method; this method is when you enter the wrong password until your phone asks you to enter your Google account information. When you do, the phone will unlock, allowing you to change the password to something you can remember. Unfortunately, this method only works with an internet connection since your phone needs to be able to connect to Google's servers to verify your information. The only option available to you to unlock your Android phone at this point is to perform a Factory Reset. As you know, this method will erase all of your phone's data; however, it's the only option available to you at this point. To learn how to perform a proper Factory Reset, follow the steps in this VisiHow guide. Once your phone has completed the reset, be sure to log into a Google account to which you know the password and to keep the device's WiFi connected so you don't have to perform a Factory Reset in the future.
