Transferring apps over to your SD card should be a breeze. You might want to try restarting your phone, and then if that doesn't work, updating the firmware of your phone.

You could also try using a different SD card and see if it's maybe related to the card and some compatibility issue.

Alternatively, you can try a third-party app like this one to transfer your files.

Is there any way to move your photos and videos onto your SD card?

I have quite a few videos that I don't want to delete just yet, and I wanted to ask if there is a way that I can move them to my SD card.

Install or use a file manager such as Astro File Manager or X-plore. Launch the file manager of your choice and tap on something like "\", "phone memory", or "root". You will be in the root directory of the memory of your phone. Tap and hold the "DCIM", "Photo", "ANDRO", "Pictures", "Video", "Movies", "Films", etc., folders that contain photographs and video clips. Select "Cut" or "Move" (do not copy files, as you do not need the copy left in the internal memory). Now, expand your "/sdcard/" and use "Paste", "Move", or "Insert" to move the entire folders to your microSD card, clearing up some space in the internal memory.
