We need to prepare the ingredients.
The ingredients are 2 19oz cans of drained chick peas, tahini, 4-5 cloves of garlic, 1-2 lemons, coriander, seasoning salt, 1/2-1 cup of vinegar. The amounts are not very specific, as all ingredients are subject to our taste. It is recommended to taste our dish with spoons to see if it is to our liking as we add the ingredients.
