    Open Network & Internet options.
    Click on the Start Menu --> Open the Control Panel. This option will appear among the selection.

    "Setup a new connection or network".

    Scroll down up to the bottom and select the option:
    "Setup a wireless Ad hoc" (Computer to Computer) Network --> Click Next.

    Put the computer name or network name --> Select the security type that you want --> Put a password or security key.Check the box "Save this network" and click next.

    Go again to network and sharing center > Click Change adapter Settings > Then Select your wireless network adapter > Double click on it > Click properties > Click Sharing Tab > Check the check box " Allow other network to connect through this computer internet connection".

Tips Tricks & Warnings

  • Some device can connect but cannot access internet connection.
  • In some cases, you don't need to do the last step because after setting up the Ad hoc network, it will automatically ask you if you want to share internet connection.
