I would like to thank Chef Mama Rosa for this awesome video on How to Make Quinoa Flour. I organized it into a wiki for anyone with a hearing impairment, or for those who just like to read steps. Hope you enjoy!

    Purchase some Quinoa.

    Pour half of your Quinoa into your Vita Mixer.

    Start to blend your Quinoa.

    After your Quinoa is blended into a smooth blend, sift your Quinoa into a bowl or container.

    If you have any seeds in your bowl after sifting, simply sift once again in smaller portions.

    With a spoon, scoop your Quinoa into a one cup scoop understanding to not dump your whole scoop into your Quinoa, but to scoop with a spoon into your one cup measuring tool.

    Level your scoop.

    With the Quinoa in the scoop, sift again into another bowl. Repeat the steps until you have blended and sifted the rest of your bag.

    You now have successfully turned your Quinoa grain into flour thus making Quinoa flour
