Log Weight in Google Fit for LG L70

Hello, and thank you for using VisiHow. Today I'm going to teach you how to log weight using the Google Fit application on the LG L70.

Steps

    To begin, we will unlock the phone by pressing the power button located on the right side of the phone

    Now, we will swipe upwards to get to the home screen

    Find the Google Fit icon, which looks like a multicolored heart with the word "Fit" underneath it, and tap on it once

    If the Google Fit icon isn't on the home screen, we can find it by tapping on the apps menu icon which is a grey box with a set of white squares inside of it

    In this example, we're accessing the app by tapping the icon on the home screen. This will bring us to the home page of the application where we can see the activity we have tracked so far today. In this example, there is a message stating I haven't currently tracked any activity today so no movement I make is going to be recorded. I've also recorded my weight already for the day and can view yesterdays activity as well, along with a percentage of my daily goal that I was able to reach, as well as my recorded weight.

    To log a new weight, scroll to the top and tap on the three dots icon in the top-right corner

    This will open a pop-up menu. Here we can tap on "Add activity", "Log your weight", "Settings", or "Help & feedback".

    Tap on "Log your weight" which is the second option

    This will bring us to a screen where we can select today's date and time.

    Scroll to the bottom and tap on the line that says "Kilograms" in this example

    It might also say "Pounds" or "Stone".

    We can tap on the measurement of selection to select it to use, either "Pounds", "Kilograms", or "Stone"

    In this example, we'll tap on "Kilograms".

    Directly enter the number we need to record using the keypad

    When we've finished entering the correct number, we need to tap on "Save" in the top-right corner

    Now we can see our weight is saved so that this statistic will be saved along with any activity that we are currently tracking.

    To close the application and go back to the home screen, press the home button located on the front of the phone near the bottom
