    To start with, we need to unlock our phone by either pressing the lock button on the side or the home button on the bottom.

    Swipe and we can enter our passcode or use the fingerprint scanner.

    Find the MapMyRun icon, which is the blue and white one, here.
    It shows a blue stickman running in the center. Tap once to open up our screen and we'll see our login or sign-up screen.

    We can do it the easy way, and tap "Log In with Facebook", which is this blue bar here.
    This is providing we use the Facebook application on our phone and that we've given access to the MapMyRun app through Facebook. We'll just tap that once, and it takes us to the app to double check, which we're already logged into and then it just logs us in as normal. The app will use our Facebook information.

    We can see our profile picture and everything here is from our Facebook profile.

    Then, if we'd like, we can log in with our email as well.
    We can learn that now. Let's go back to our login screen.

    Now, we can type our username or email and then our password as well.
    So we could type our details and then press "Log In", on this orange bar here, which we can do very quickly now.

    It's will just log us in as it did before, but it will be using a username and email instead.
