Hi, When I go to "settings", then "tethering and Networks", the USB tethering is greyed out and it will not allow me to turn it on.. I think it was caused by: I just got this phone last month?

My laptop is not recognizing mobile. "USB tethering" option is disabled from my phone. After connecting via USB cable it turn in to charging mode.
