I have encrypted my device memory?

Hi I need help on my phone as I encrypted my device and it is asking me for a pin or password but thing is when I put the password it say try again but now so many time I do it I got 4 more chance and if I don't enter the right password I lose all my data so how can I get a pin so I don't loose nothing

The only way you'll be able to get in is if you enter the correct password for your device. If you don't know it and your device is connected to a network, you might be able to get in by entering your Google account information, though this only works when you've connected the two.

Consider plugging your device in to your computer and trying to copy the files you want over to your PC, and then do a Hard Reset. If that doesn't work, just skip right to the Hard Reset. This will delete the data on your phone, but will at least allow you to use your device. You can find instructions explaining this process here: Perform a factory reset on Android Device.

I have FLY 8S tablet. It is showing encryption unsuccessful. It is saying resume your tablet, you need to perform a Factory Reset. So below is the option for reset tablet. I am clicking on it, it is not working, what should I do?
