There are two possible ways to remove it.

  • Power down the smartphone, place the microSD into your computer, and upload this ZIP file onto it. Afterwards, press and hold volume-up, home, and power buttons until you see a logotype. Then, navigate with the volume buttons. Select options with the power button. Select an option to apply, install, or choose a ZIP file from your microSD card. Then, just select the option to reboot the device. Enter any pattern or PIN to get in.
  • Press and hold volume-up, home, and power buttons until you see a logotype. Then, navigate with the volume buttons. Select options with the power button. Select "wipe data/factory reset", "Yes -- delete all user data", and "reboot system now" to wipe out all of the data from the internal memory.
