Yes it is available for Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus. You can look or found some applications or rooms that is available for Galaxy S2 plus to update it into Jelly bean 4.3. But, I would suggest instead of 4.3 there is a new version right now and that is the 4.4. You can try it and I'm sure you will love the outcome.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 with Android 4.1.2 and I am trying to update it to 4.3?

After my Samsung updated but it appeared on device info : Android 4.1.2 only WHY?

The official upgrade for the Galaxy S2 tops off at 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. You might want to contact your cell carrier directly and see if a 4.3 update is in the works. In the meantime, you can still get an unofficial 4.3 custom ROM for your phone by installing the CyanogenMod version. You can find the download and install details here:

How can I rooted my phone S2 and upgrade to Android 4.3?

I want to update my phone S2 4.1 to 4.3

You just have to remember that when you root your S2, it will make you lose warranty if you still have it.

Also, before you can start, you have to make sure that you have installed all of the updates. And most importantly, you need to backup your files as rooting will lead to loss of data.

Before you start, make sure you have the following installed:

  • ODIN downloader
  • XWKDD Kernel
  • SuperOneclick
  • Samsung Kies

Once these are installed, you have to make sure that you have debugging enabled on your phone. Turn off your phone and then restart to go to download mode. Launch the ODIN software in your computer. Establish connection between your device and computer via a USB cable. Enable "auto reboot" and "f reset time" in ODIN. Select the PDA button and then the XWKDD_insecure.tar file. You do not need to bother to change any of the settings as the default settings are OK. Click the start button and all the files will be installed. It will also automatically reboot afterwards. After that, open SuperOneclick and select the "root" tab. You have to restart and that's it.

How we download a official Android 4.3?

I want to install a Android 4.3 into Samsung Galaxy S2

It is disheartening to know that Android 4.3 version is not available for Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-I9100 as the firmware has been blocked but the good news is that Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS can run by using the official CyanogenMod 10.2 ROM. It is important that the following requirements are met before you download and install the CyanogenMod 10.2 ROM:

  • Verify that your device model is Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100 as this will not work properly on any other models.
  • You need to make a back up of all your data, settings, and applications with the use of Google Play Store.
  • Download and install the necessary USB drivers to connect the phone to your PC. Make sure to enable the USB Debugging Mode.
  • Battery life should be above 80%
  • Device should be unlocked and rooted.

After the above checklist is done. You can now proceed to the following steps:

  • Launch the CyanogenMod Installer and follow the installation prompts that appear on your PC.
  • Once prompted, you can now reconnect Samsung Galaxy S2 to your PC.
  • Select "Yes" option when asked to unlock the bootloader.
  • Just wait for the installation process. This could take long for some users.
  • Upon complete installation, your device will do an initial restart.
  • You can now disconnect your phone from the PC.
  • There you go! You can now enjoy Android 4.3 Jelly Bean on your Samsung Galaxy S2.

I updated my Samsung S2 by simple upgrade tool?

I can not turn on the phone

but in the last step it occurs with problem

You have to try to shutdown your device for a while first (a few minutes) before turning it on. Let the system fully restart before moving any further. Also, assume that your upgrade was not able to get completed successfully so you have to do it again as soon as you are able to start your computer properly. This happens when there are some system errors and the full upgrade process did not run.
