Is there a way I can get my falsetto back? I miss being able to hit high notes?

Daniel, I'm 14 and I've been in choir for 5 years, I feel as if I have a pretty talented and trained voice, singing is everything to me and that's my dream,I feel as if I lost my falsetto during puberty, I've practiced and I feel like I can go as high as you can go without hitting your falsetto so is there a way I can get back into my falsetto? I actually read a lot of your article and found it very helpful but I was hoping I could get some direct answers. I have tried: Practicing a lot!!! until my voice is hoarse, I've also tried singing with people and singing in groups with friends. I think it was caused by: Puberty and maybe not being as prepared to sing and practice
