Is the sauna harmful to your voice?

Could it begin to damage your vocal cords if you do it everyday for 30 minutes to an hour? I have a big audition soon and I'm trying to prep my voice, thanks.

You should be just fine going to the sauna daily. If you're really concerned, maybe limit your stay to 30 minutes or less, but there is no real vocal risk involved in a sauna visit.
