Is nausea part of the side effect when you have had polyps removed from vocal cords?

I am sick all the time, cannot keep nothing down, even water makes me nausea. I had emergency surgery, the polyps shut down my airway. I have tried: Nothing, I have not tried anything and my throat is so sore. I think it was caused by: I do not know, I am nausea all time 24 a day since surgery!
