Android Device Manager decided to shut down its remote unlocking service owing to some security problems. Your other choice is the Samsung account. Log on to Find My Mobile with your Samsung credentials. Make sure that your smartphone has been selected on the next screen. Then, expand "Protect my device". Click "Unlock my screen". Click "Unlock". Reboot your smartphone if needed.
