Internet is not coming even WiFi and connectify in connected mode?

I am using Samsung Galaxy i8262 model. How can I get the internet through connectify from Laptop?? already shown on mobile connectify connected. What is the problem, why I am not getting internet

As I understand your explanation that you have a phone from Samsung which is Samsung Galaxy i8262 (Also known as Samsung Galaxy Core) model and you are able to see the WiFi network and connected. However, you do not have internet access on your mobile phone even if it was connected to the hotspot network from your computer.

The first thing that you need to do is to check if your computer is connected to the network and if it has a valid IP address. To check IP Address, simply do the following steps:

1. Go to Start and click on control panel.

2. After the Control Panel, click on Network and internet or the Network and Sharing Center.

3. On the left side, click on Change Adapter settings or Manage network connections

4. On the local Area connection if its wired and wireless network connection if its connected Wirelessly. Just right click it and hit on Status and the details. Look for the IPv4 address and check if it's a valid IP like starting with 99.x.x.x or 192.x.x.x make sure it is not starting in 169.x.x.x as this is a reserve IP.

To check IP on Windows 8 or 8.1 simply open the command prompt by going to the Charm and search CMD and the DOS or black Windows will be shown then type ipconfig and check the Local Area Network or WLAN IP address and check if it's valid.

To check IP on Macintosh computer, simply follow:

Go to the apple icon

Go to system preferences

Go to Network

Go to either WiFi or the Ethernet and Advanced.

Check the TCP/IP tab and check the IP.

5. If you have a valid IP address, try to communicate to a website by doing a ping test (Although you can do it by opening a browser but it may not help you at all as you need to ping a DNS. Open the command prompt again for Windows and type in ping Google.com

If it replied four times with 0 loss, then that means your internet to your computer is good and working fine. If it does not replied 4 times, simply ping 4.2.2.2 and see if it replied four times. If it did not replied that means your internet is not working fine that you need to restart your router and modem.

For Macintosh, just go to Go then Utilities and Network utilities then Ping tab and type the address.

6. If the internet connection is working fine on your computer, simply restart it and so as with your mobile phone. After you restart the phone. If you have the same problem, try to forget the network on your phone then reconnect to it and see if it works.

If all else fail that you forget the network and same problem persist. Remove the security of the hotspot that you have created and forget the network and reconnect, if it connects to the network with internet access then it could have something to do with the security. If you have set it to WPA+WPA2, change the security to WPA only and forget then reconnect to the network. That should resolve the issue

There are some issues that cannot be explained such as the security to mobile phones. If the security is being set to WPA+WPA2 there are some instance that a mobile device will not get internet access even if it was connected to the network.

If the phone does not work with the steps that was given above and to verify if its not an issue with the phone's WLAN adapter. Try to go to a place where it has free WiFi access like restaurants, public places with WiFi and others. This way, you can identify if it was your phone or you need to reinstall the connectify and double check the configuration.

The issue could be related to your WiFi as it can only support a number of devices (some can only support 5 to 10 devices at a time). Try to disconnect the other devices connected to the WiFi and try if you can connect. Otherwise, it could possibly mean that there is something wrong with the WiFi. I suggest you contact your internet provider for it.
