Hi! You're watching VisiHow. I will show you today how to install Twitter on your Android mobile phone. It does not matter what model or what type of phone you have all that matters is that you have an Android version capable running the latest version of Twitter.
So to get started, wherever your lock screen button is, you're just going to press that button one time.
It's going to open your screen.
You're going to swipe to open your phone unless you have a pattern or other type of access in which case you'll use that and we are going to tap on Google Play store.
If you have deleted the Google play store from your main area.
Just go to your apps folder or where that is and scroll around you'll find the Google play store.
Tap on the play store icon and it is going to open the Google play store.
Obviously you can see Twitters not right here in the front.
So we are going to tap on that click in our search thing.
We are going to type in Twitter.
T-W and there we go.
Twitter is the top when it comes up so let's wait for that so refresh and make sure that it is in fact twitter that we are getting installed and in a few more letters, there we go Twitter.
There's the official Twitter icon.
Let's make sure it is really twitter and there we go, Twitter incorporated this is absolutely Twitter.
What people have to say about it 2 stars, 3 stars, 2 stars.
Well, that's not really particularly nice but that's what people have to say about it but here we go.
We're going to tap on install this is going to install Twitter.
We just going to ask for access to some of our stuff not as much as some other features and other programs, but it is going to ask for stuff.
If you don't want to give it access, you can't use it.
I actually like Twitter so I am going to click accept.
This going to start downloading now.
It's a 14 megabytes much smaller than most of the other stuff we've installed.
For those of you who are not familiar with Twitter, it's involved quite a bit.
It's more than just a little just a little chat messages system where you can send silly 180 character messages or hashtag around. However, now it is installing see how nice sometimes that was. Twitter will install and we can tap it and we can jump right in and get things started out. We've also talked about how to install Facebook and Skype and we're very come around to Instagram videos as well a bit.
A Potential threat alerts.
This application is authorized to access Messages. Tap OK to manage the authorization settings.
So okay, we don't actually need to manage Twitter, Messenger, and Viber.
I'm okay with that, so we're going to press the home button and jump out of here.
We are going to tap on Twitter to get that application started.
Welcome to Twitter.
If you haven't signed up.
You can sign up. We will have another video for these type of things later and you can tap login if you already have an account. You already have an account so you're just going to put in your name and you put in your password and then you're going to tap on login and you're signed up.
That's it folks.
That's all you have to do to get started installing and using Twitter with your Android mobile phone. Thank you very much for choosing VisiHow.
