Hello and welcome to VisiHow. Today we are going to be showing you how to install the Myspace social networking application on your Android mobile phone. To get started, tap the button on the side.
Slide to open your locked screen.
We are going to look for the Google Play Store icon.
If you have removed that icon from your desktop, just tap on the apps button.
Then you will find the Google Play Store.
Tap on the Google Play Store. That will open Google Play.
You can then tap on the search button up top.
You can type in Myspace which is probably going to require a lot of tapping.
Now, for those of you who are not familiar with it, Myspace is kind of the Granddaddy of social media applications.
Let's go ahead and tap install.
So we've tapped install, let's click accept.
Now, Myspace has kind of become the music highlight of the social networking world, but it's not always necessarily that.
As you can see from some of the user comments, one person gives it 5 stars, really likes it, another says they downloaded to listen to the music, and they can't listen to the music. Another person says that it has a poor radio feature, and no movies, no listening to your favourite artists, etc, etc. We'll have to check that out in our video on how to get started with Myspace. For now, anyway, this is Myspace. Like I said, it's the Granddaddy of social applications. As you can see from some of these reviews, they are a little bit old too. This is from August 2014, this is from January 2015, this is from July.
Latest version, and from this device model only.
That way we make sure we have the right features for everything.
And we are still downloading. It's taking a while to run. It's a large application. 32.87 Mb. Basically, 33 Mb.
However, we also have as you can see the Vine icon here, we have a tutorial for installing Vine.
We also have a tutorial for WhatsApp and a number of other apps.
Now, as you can see my Myspace has installed now.
We're going to tap on open.
That's going to open the application for us.
It may take a minute to open, we may get some pop-ups. No, we didn't.
And there we go, we have a dancing, rocking person.
So we can either join Myspace or sign in.
If you want to click sign in, then tap sign in.
You get your information, sign in with Facebook, or Twitter, username, etc.
You can also tap the back button.
You can join Myspace.
With Facebook, Twitter or email. If you are already a member, again, you can just tap the sign in option here.
So, thanks very much for visiting VisiHow.
Hopefully, we have been able to help you get started with Myspace and revitalize the Granddaddy of all social networking applications. Otherwise, we hope you have a great day, and we look forward to your comments and suggestions in the area below.
