Insert iPhone 6 into an Exercise Armband

You're watching VisiHow. Today, we're going to show you how to put an iPhone 6 into an exercise armband.
Many of us are familiar with the iPhone 6.
We have an exercise armband.
It's a very simple device.
We open it by pulling the little tab and sliding it out.
Now we have this long little thing in which we put the phone and then, we put it on our arm.
The thing is, there's only one place for the phone to go in, one hole.
There are two holes at the top and bottom. Some of us may wonder why that is.
The reason for that is that when the phone is placed into the device, how ever we decide to slide it in, we're going to have the option to plug in our headphone jack, which is this amazing little plug on the edge of the phone.
In order to show how this works, we'll take the iPhone 6 headphones, which are lovely little dangly white things, and put the phone into the exercise armband.
Then we'll be able to see how it works.
We want the outside part of the phone to be visible, so take the phone and slide it into this device by opening the little pocket.
It's just like a jeans pocket.
We'll slide the phone in, this time putting the back of the phone against the part that goes next to our arm.
The front side will face the clear panel, so that we can see what the phone is doing.
We can see through the panel that the phone is lit up now.
Slide the phone down into this little contraption.
We notice on the bottom, we can see there's a little hole there to plug the headphones in.
Just slide the headphones in the plug, and now they are connected.
In order to keep the phone from falling out, we can push it down a little more to make sure that it's firmly seated in the bottom.
Then we'll just take the top piece and pull it over the top.
This way, if we're riding a bicycle and we should fall off or fall over, our phone won't fall out.
This concludes our tutorial on how to put your iPhone into an exercise armband so that it will not fall out and you can still use the headphones.
