You're watching VisiHow. This is a video tutorial on how to record voice using "Voice memo" in the S Note application on the Samsung Note 10.1.
In order to proceed, you will need to unlock your device
You should have it on the home screen.
Once you're on the home screen, locate and tap the application folder in the lower right-hand corner of the screen
Swipe left and right until you find "S Note"
It should appear in a red box with an "S" inside.
Once "S Note" is found, tap on it
You can open your recent documents or create a new template. For this demonstration, there is an opened blank template. Now, you can start recording using "Voice memo".
Find and tap the "Insert" button
It can be found on the left at the bottom of the screen. The "Insert" options will be revealed.
Tap on the first option, "Voice memo"
You will find find your voice recordings.
You can create a new voice recording by tapping on the "Record" button
Alternatively, you can tap on "Import"
This way, you can import voice recordings that you've already create previously.
Let's record something by tapping on the "Record" button
The recorded time will be shown. You can pause, stop, and delete the recording. The pause icon has two vertical bars. The stop button has a square. The delete button has an "X" inside of a circle.
Pause the recording by tapping on the first button on the left side
To export the recording to the template, tap on the button next to the timer
Now, the voice recording will be transported to the template.
To edit the voice recording in the template, tap and hold the voice recording
Then, you can tap on "Delete", "Copy", "Cut", "Rename", and "Properties"
For example, you can delete the voice recording by tapping on "Delete"
