Figure Out if He's Cheating

Questions and Answers

If all the signs of cheating are there, why won't he move out?

After reading all the posts and your responses, I realize my husband fits all of the traits of a cheater. Doesn't have a consistent work schedule, keeps his phone with him 24/7, goes out with "friends." We never know his friend's names. He also rides a Harley-Davidson, so following is out of the question. Also, he has spent some nights at his "friends" house because he drank too much. He also picks fights about silly things such a sock missing. After picking a fight about something stupid, he leaves all day angry. I have asked him to move out, but he refuses. I have also stopped complete communication with him because I feel that he lies and that he thinks I'm stupid. When I stop all contact, he becomes angry. If he doesn't want to be with me why doesn't he move out, and why does he care whether I speak to him or not? Many of the people in the articles are dating; they are not married. Also, no one mentioned children. My son is 13 years old and very close to his father.
