If I buy the iTunes gift card and use it to buy gems, will there be a reciept or a transaction in the credit card?

I want to buy gems with an iTunes gift card without my parents knowing so if I buy gems after redeeming the card there wot be any onine reciept of transaction or anything right. This article is buying without iTunes card but I want to know the results or traces left after buying the gems. I have tried: Checked very video possible but nothing goes beyond the buying of gms ut my parents are strict so they shouldn't know so I need help. I think it was caused by: My parents being very strict basically so they shouldnt get a online reciept or whatsoever
