Your conception dates were between December 16th to 24th with December 20th being the most likely day you conceived. These numbers are based on a 28 day cycle and if you have irregular periods or a luteal phase that is longer than average the dates can be off by a week or two. If you did not remember your last LMP then they are now basing your due date on measurements like fundal height which is when they measure your belly from pubic bone to the top of where the uterus can be felt each medical appointment. These measurements and even ultrasound measurements have often been inaccurate by +/- 5 days. So if you did not remember your last period they are basing the due date on the August timeline based on measurements. Once you get closer to 30 weeks they will be able to determine your gestational patterns better like watching for lung development.
