I would like to know if I use WiFi from enterprise, am I at risk that guys can read my WhatsApp chat, Facebook chat, Viber, etc.? There are Cisco applications to give Internet access, but they are configured and managed by a WiFi controller.

I think it was caused by: some information may get to the wrong people, even personal information.
WhatsApp, Viber, and Facebook are all encrypted and secure enough not to have the traffic sniffed. Common corporations do not have access to the tools that will be able to spy on those unless someone directly modifies your computer or smartphone that you use (for example, a keylogger can be installed onto your computer or smartphone that will send all of the keypresses to the server). However, a lot of corporations do include a traffic filter that will examine all of the visited Web sites and Web pages, which allows the administrator, for example, to block Web sites unrelated to work. Corporate e-mail messages can be read by others as well. Your private e-mail messages (for example, from Gmail) sent over the corporate network cannot be read.
