Questions and Answers

I would like to know if I can use raspberry leaf to induce my period?

I will be going on vacation next month around the time my cycle is supposed to start.

Yes you can use drinking raspberry leaf to induce your period so that you get it early but the main purpose of drinking the tea is to regulate your period, not deregulate it. By forcing your red days to come a week early you will be throwing your entire hormonal cycle off and in the end, that is not a healthy move for you as it shortens everything from your uterus shedding period to your ovulation period. It is best to deal with your period in the usual way while on holiday.
