Write a Letter of Pleading

Questions and Answers

I want to plead not guilty to a MIP, but I do not know how to write the letter for the court?

My friend and I were doing donuts on the beach and some cops came up on the sand and pulled us over apparently the beach we were on was a highway, there really should have been a sign because countless other people were doing the same thing. Anyways then the cop started searching my car and found a bottle of unopened wine which was not mine, and I didn't know it was in the car because everyone was putting their junk in the back of my car. I am about to go to college, I have been accepted to one of the top nursing schools in Texas and I really don't need a MIP messing my whole future up, so if you could please help me write a not guilty plea I would really appreciate it.
