How can I solve the problem of OpenGL 2.0 not installed?

Hello. I have my Windows7 32bit core 2 duo. I can't install PPSSPP installer because it says that there is no OpenGL installed in my computer. Where will I find and download the right installer of OpenGL 2.0? I hope you can help me in solving my installation concern. Thanks in advance and more power to you Sir.

How can I play games that require OpenGL 2.0 when my PC doesn't support that?

Exactly what I said in my question, nothing more.. I have tried: I have tried researching but nothing has worked so far.. I think it was caused by: I think my computer doesn't support it, but I hope there's a way I can still play games that require it.
