Understand that the system memory is in fact the internal memory of the device meaning that you are going to need to move the internal/system memory to your SD card in order to be able to free up space.

Here below are a number of instructions that you will be able to use so that you can transfer data from one memory location to another memory location on your device.

-Go to settings

-Go to application manager

-Go to device

-Tap on applications so that you can choose the option to move to SD card

-These options will in fact help you to be able to send items from your device memory to SD card

Each item you move understand that it needs to be a downloaded app to ensure that you are not moving system apps on your device.

How to remove internal memory from Android phone as question#4 .What is the memory card as in this statement? Is this the SD card?'

Yes, when mentioned in reference to fixing an Android phone, the term memory card is another name for the removable SD card. The internal memory of your actual cell phone device is hardware that cannot be removed without completely disassembling the phone.

Your phone is not useless as many apps that are considered to be unmovable apps that only belong on the internal memory of your phone can be transferred to your Android phone. What you really need to do is become the administrator of your own phone by downloading Android Studio You will then be able to install the platform too USB debugging that you need to configure your device as you please.

Why does my phone show low device memory when pretty much everything is on the SD card?

Hi! I was wondering if you could help me out. I own a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone and I've had it for about a year now. Before that I owned a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone and what I'm about to describe happened with that one as well. I bought a pretty big memory card (64 GB) for my Samsung Galaxy S4, so that I could transfer everything to it. The problem is even though pretty much everything is transferred to it my phone shows that I only have 1.26 GB free from device memory and the phone itself has 16 GB of device memory. Nothing is taking up my device memory except for a few apps (half of which are on my SD card anyway). I honestly don't understand what is taking up so much memory. Is this a common problem among Android users? If so, is there a simple solution that I am somehow overlooking? Thanks in advance.

Well, I want to uninstall the unwanted apps that I don't want, which is on internal memory?

Because when going in Settings/application manager, over there I don't get uninstall logo its shows me only "turn off"

These are system applications that ensure that the device is functioning properly. While some of them can be technically uninstalled, removing any of them is not recommended. Nevertheless, if you are adamant about deleting those, then you will need to root your phone with something like KingRoot. Then, just install any system application remover from Play Store (for example, System App Uninstaller or System App Remover) and mark the system applications that you want to uninstall. You may want to back up your device before you do anything. Titanium Backup is recommended for a full back-up of a rooted device.

If I have plenty of space on my SD card. Can I keep the photos I transfer there?

My photos are taking most of my 32GB on my phone. I'm not even able to do some updates. But, I want to be able to keep all my albums on my phone for access at any time. The other question is; Would I will be able to transfer whole albums at a time? I really want them to remain as a whole, not loose photos. Thanks.

I wonder if it is possible to expand the internal memory of my rooted smartphone?

The partition where the 4.4.2 O.S. was installed is too small (1.14 GB) and I only have 259 MB available now. The phone memory is of 16 GB and I have a 64 GB external SD card. The phone is an Elephone P8 (2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of memory).. I have tried: Nothing yet.. I think it was caused by: Factory designed in this way.
