Do I have to unplug the red yellow white cables also, I can't get my Netflix to play on the TV?

I can't get Netflix to play on the TV it only will play on the phone. I think I have the cables set up right. Do I have to go into settings and change anything?. I have tried: I tried to set my input TV to hdmi3 and TV and video 1 Through 43 HDMI hdm2 plug the MHL adapter in with the HDMI cable. I think it was caused by: I don't know that's what I'm trying to figure out
