I want to connect my Samsung tab 4 to my DSLR and use it as a monitor?

I want to connect my Samsung tab 4 to my DSLR and use it as a monitor. Can I use the output connector on the tab ( the micro power output connector to connect my DSLR. I have a Cannon 6d DSLR. What is the name of the output connector cable I need for this. The other end of the cable has to have a mini HDMI plug connector/. . Many thanks. I have tried: I have attempted to connect the two cables together ( the other end of the cables, a male and female USB together, as I do not have a single cable to connect the bab4 and DSLR together, but even then I was not able to connect the two together as I do not have a male and female use connectors and I do not know if this will work even if I did do that. Please clarify for me, thank you.
