Questions and Answers

I updated Windows and it installed KB915597, it shows up in the history but not in the installed up date ever since I get a black screen before the welcome screen?

How do I fix this, I can not uninstall the update, had Dell try, they could not either. I have tried: Uninstalling reinstalling my Antivirus, disabled Windows defender, ran all sorts of scan malware bites, cc cleaner, Dell ran some tests too, had them check for driver updates, increased my memory, nothing worked. I think it was caused by: It was working fine before I installed the KB9155597 update
