I need to send invitation to all staff for lunch office lunch?
I need to send invitation to all staff for lunch
Attention Staff Members,
There will be an office lunch on Monday, June 8th at 12 p.m. in the staff lunch room. Please bring your favorite potluck dish to accompany sandwiches that the company will provide. Have a great time socializing with your fellow employees!
Sincerely, Your Name
If you are not doing a potluck option then list what the company is providing for the lunch. This way if there are any food allergies the staff can make other arrangements or let you know. Consider using an E-Card invitation site if you are sending this to their emails because that will make the luncheon feel just a little more special.
Want to send corporate party invitation?
Snacks, Games, DJ, Dinner.
Because this is a corporate party with a DJ and dinner you should use a formal invitation platform. You can use company letterhead or create an invitation template with an E-Card site. It will set a mood of fun for the event or formal if you want a more upscale event. If there will be formal attire expected you will want to mention this on the invitation. Paperless Post allows you to customize an invitation with reply cards included if you want them. You can upload your own designs, letterhead or even image of your building or where the event will be held.
Inviting all staff for the Christmas party?
You need to invite all the associates to the Christmas party and inform them the details about when and where the party is at, what time the party will be started. If there is any dress code please ask them to follow.
For a company Christmas Party, the best way to invite is a formal invitation. You can use templates online and print them out or use an E-Card if they are being emailed. Also, make flyers on Christmas themed paper for the break rooms and entrance to the office so that staff is reminded.
We are a committee who is trying to bring some fun events in the office every Friday. I want to send a teaser email informing them on this. But want to keep the events and games a secret. There is no answer to this question given in the forum before. I have tried: Different templates, samples from Google. Photos and pictures were also tried. I think it was caused by: I don't even know the format yet. Trying to look for an answer but all are very official.
