The only way to do this would be to install a spy app on their device like FlexiSpy or mSpy that can monitor Hike. Because it is a 3rd party app, you will need to install directly on with root access to their device. I did some serious searching on the link you are requesting. It is a scam app that gets your information and sells your email and does not work. You will need a spy app like the ones recommended above. Kikshark is brand new with very little reviews that clearly are not paid for so use with caution if you decide to go that route.
