I actually scratched off the clotting which came when the marks were going away?

Because of scratching off the clotting formed while the marks were going it has caused a small hole in the area so I just want to know that will it get repaired on its own or there has to be something applied on it?. I have tried: I tried nothing till now just want to know that what can I do. I think it was caused by: Scratching it off with my nails
