I most likely have a fake Sony Z5. Can I somehow make this phone usable?

My Sony Z 5 says Dual on the box and the back of the box says 32GB memory but the phone says 16GB when I pull up the storage info. Also one EMEI# comes up invalid when I do a search on it, the other says the # belongs to an LG. I believe that makes this phone a fake. Can anything be done to make the phone usable? Right now, I can use one SIM to make calls but it only shows "E" as the network, not 3 or 4G or LTE and I can't access the internet unless on WiFi.. I have tried: Checking EMEI #'s and storage section of the settings within the phone.. I think it was caused by: Phone may be a fake.
