I have storage problems on my Samsung Galaxy J3?

Hi, I have just upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy J3 and have set the internet default storage as SD card (32GB) but all apps are either still being stored on the device which I then have to move to the SD card or I get a notification saying there is not enough space and I need to delete stuff which should be on the SD card not the device, how can I fix this?

Internal memory problems - always out of memory, but my apps and files take less than 1GB?

Hello, my internal memory is always overloaded (up to 90%), some said it might be that it is not, but the phone is reading it wrong, or giving false data. I don't have many apps (4) or any music or such on my phone. How can I clean up the memory because there are a few files saved, when check for details, my apps and other things don't take up 1GB, and the internal memory is 8. So what is taking up almost 6GB, I don't know. I can't read the article without closing this window, it immediately popped up.
