Vitamin E and Cocoa Butter will be the best solution for you, and you will soon see the scars diminishing. Exfoliate your legs and the other areas that contain scars. You can do this with sugar and coconut oil. Once you have exfoliated, rub in Vitamin E oil mixed with Cocoa Butter. Apply daily to see results. It will not happen overnight but within a month, the scars will begin to fade away.
