Questions and Answers

I have received an email from a party explaining that our donor recommended us to support them on fund?

Unfortunately we have no fund to support them since we have already committed the fund for a specific activities, and they are asking for this support for a specific activity that our project is not covering, how can I reply them. I have tried: I would like to appreciate them for their efforts and then apologize for disability to support them and that we can discuss this matter through meeting with the attendance of our donor
