Hi. have a phone named kimfly z10. I forgot my pattern?

My mobile is kimfly z10. I forgot my pattern lock. I need to reset my lock and unlock my phone. I press volume up button and power button, then I can see only test result, test phone, etc. Can't see any reset option!
