I have a third party app (lookout) that has my phone locked....how can I remove it without having to loose all my data

Please reference the detailed instructions we've provided in the first question of this Q&A to help you remove Lookout, or perform a Factory Reset to unlock your device. Keep in mind that a Factory Reset will remove all data from your phone, so you will lose any files that have not been backed up. Unfortunately this is the only option you have if your phone has been locked by Lookout.

Can you please give me ways to unlock my phone without a hard restart?

My 2 year old daughter locked me out of my phone. I used a pattern and she did it so many times that it is giving me a number code now. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. I have tried Android Device Manager and that does not work because the ADM must be disabled on my phone. Nobody can seem to help me. I just got this phone and just got back from vacation and have not backed up my photos so I don't want to do a hard restart and lose everything. I should have backed my phone up right away but did not. Is there ANY way to get past this lock screen? Google and Verizon could not help me.
