I have a problem with my Galaxy S4 lte?

I changed the SIM tray and still no SIM card. Its strange because with all other carriers it works great but with one carrier in particular which I use says no SIM card. I tried to upgrade the firmware from 4.4.2 to 5.0.1 and still the same problem.. I have tried: I changed the SIM tray but it is the same problem as with the original SIM tray. I upgraded the software for Kitkat to Lollipop but the same problem, tried different SIM card from my carrier and still doesn't work but with other carries it works great. I think it was caused by: I don't know it works with all other carriers on my country but with the one carrier that I use says no SIM card.
