Needing assistance to setup port forwarding on Netgear router r8500?

I am in the middle of changing ISP in NZ, both ISP are live. I have a server connected to old router (previous ISP) and wanting to change over (rewire) server onto new router (New ISP - via fiber). . As we have 5 laptops with remote desktop all connecting to server via previous ISP, I need assistance to setup port forwarding on my new router Netgear r8500. Your kind assistance would be much appreciated.
