Keep car from getting towed

Questions and Answers

I have a park permit on my car. I parked my car in the parking lot where I live. I parked it besides the cars where suppose to park. But there is no line showing its a place to park. My car was not affecting other cars?

Can the tow company tow my car in this situation. I have tried: My son told me they are towing your car dad, then I went to the parking lot. I told the guy from the tow company to release my car, my car was in a place not affecting or bothering anyone, but he refused and towed the car. Is it legal for them to tow my car?
