I have a computer that won't start up?

I have replaced the motherboard, CPU, and power supply and the unit still acts the same. The green LED on the motherboard is lit and the yellow LED on the front of the computer is flashing. I have no idea what could be wrong.. I have tried: See prior. I think it was caused by: Unknown

HP s5-1020 starts up, but doesn't launch Windows 10?

PC powers up HP welcome screen with F keys appears and HDD light is constantly lit. It doesn't move past that. What do I do. I think it was caused by: Loose connection? It's been slow to wake from hibernation lately
